Each year Ohio elects 7 High School State officers at the SkillsUSA Ohio Championships. Officers must have at least one year left in school. Current High School students are not eligible for College Post-Secondary office. |

Candidate Qualifications:
1. Must be active High School or College SkillsUSA Members. 2. Must have at least 1 year remaining in school. 3. Enrolled in a CTE program and participating in a SkillsUSA Chapter 4. Cannot have held a State Office 5. Must pass State Qualifying Test administered by chapter advisor/administrator. 6. Must be nominated by Chapter Administrator. Maximum of 7 per school. 7. Application must be completed by April 1, 2012 8. Attend orientation on Friday April 27, 2012 9. Not eligible to compete in State Competition.

National Officers |

Each year Ohio elects up to 2 High School National Officer Candidates at the SkillsUSA Ohio Championships. Officers must have at least one year left in school. Current High School students are not eligible for College Post-Secondary office. Officer Candidates will then have the opportunity to run for National Office in June at the National Leadership and Skills Conference. |
