Advisor Training @ Deer Creek

The SkillsUSA Ohio Advisor Training is an exicting opportunity for both new and veteran advisors. The training is broken out into 2 tracks, one for advisors with more than 3 years experience and one for advisors for less that 3 years experience. The are also sessions for all participants to interact and share ideas with one another. Sessions are interactive, and will cover topics from across the SkillsUSA spectrum; focusing on the Program of Work, the SkillsUSA Framework, Career Essentials, how to integrate SkillsUSA into the classroom and how to get students engaged and keep them engaged. Sessions are taught by the SkillsUSA Ohio State Advisors, select local advisors, National SkillsUSA Trainers and the SkillsUSA Ohio State Director. In the evening there is plenty of time to network and interact with fellow advisors while enjoying the beautiful setting of Deer Creek State Park!
